My Faith Journey

I was born and raised on a working cattle ranch in Wyoming. As such, I learned how to work hard, complete a task and ask very few questions.

In 1972 Miss Deb and I were married. The second best thing that has ever happened to me. Within the next years we were blessed to greet three amazing children into our union. From those three, now adults, we are blessed with a dozen grandchildren and one great-grand!

The first best thing of my life was: the evening that we both surrended our lives to Jesus Christ, ten years after our wedding. It wasn’t very long after that we both knew that the Holy Spirit was leading us into full-time ministry.

After a time of correspondence studies with Moody Bible Institute, we sold most of our earthy possessions and moved to Phoenix, Arizona to complete my formal training.

In 1989 the Lord moved us to the Sandhills of Nebraska for our first pastorate. Nearly thirty years later, and serving churches in Nebraska and South Dakota, we were blessed to get to move back to Wyoming.

We presently live in Lusk, Wyoming and I am blessed to do pulpit supply, interim ministry and direct church planting in the state of Wyoming for a great affiliation of churches.

I have always enjoyed writing about how God’s amazing grace impacts our daily lives. I pray that these writings are a blessing to you. If something I say sticks in your craw, please pray about it and if we must disagree, may we do so agreeably.

It is my desire to write for God’s glory and for the good of those who read these writings. Blessings upon you and yours, Neal
